Engineering Overwhelm! 

I assume that every engineer has experienced that overwhelming feeling when first starting out on a new project.

A couple hundred pages of design drawings, SWTC contracts, management plans, interface agreements, council regulations, environmental impact statements, staging plans, AS standards and specs and the ‘overwhelm’ has taken over 🤯

There isn’t a university course that shows you how to climb this mountain, you just figure out best practice from experience.

I wanted to highlight what I wish I knew before my first project. To be loaded with good questions to ask and a process for tackling the project information in the best order on day one.

Disclaimer - I still haven’t mastered this art but I reached out for feedback from some old project managers.
